New return system

Fristads simplifies the claims and returns process.

We have launched our  new system for claims and returns. You can handle your returns and claims in the system whenever it suits you. All you need to access the system is a login for fristads.com. In addition to handling returns, you will be able to find your price lists, current campaigns, stock balances and product information through your personal login. Don’t have a login? Contact our customer service  and we’ll help you out!

5-step returns:


1. Log in to fristads.com, click on the admin icon go to "My orders" under the admin menue.
2. Find your order with  the items you want to claim or return.
3. Choose "return or claims", click on the button to continue the process.
4. Register your return by following the steps in the pop-up window.
5. Print your return label and send in your return.

A confirmation on your return and a copy of your return label is sent to the order  email adress . For terms and condtions regarding your return and clamis  please contact your sales responsible, else you can find it in your agreement.
